...I am the proud owner of three "old aged pensioners", a welsh riding
pony aged 25, a part bred arab aged 24 (both who still
compete at cross country and showjumping and who look the picture of health), but I would
especially like to mention my fell pony aged 22 who, due to neurological problems, has
been unable to be shod behind or even have his hind feet picked out for the past 18
months. My vet explained to me that the involuntary stamping of his hind feet when
asked to pick up either leg was due to the fact that the messages sent to his brain and to
his legs were being interrupted due to nerve damage, hence the stamping and kicking over
which he had no control. The vet suggested that I might try him on Equilibra to see
if it would possibly help repair some of the nerve damage. At the time of
writing he has been on Equilibra for some 10 months and I am pleased to inform you that I
can now confidently handle his hind feet again, pick them up, clean them out and even
hammer round his hoof without any danger to life or limb.
May I also mention my 13 year old thoroughbred
gelding who came to me 5 years ago with dreadful feet. They were very badly cracked
and split. His horn was very crumbly and it ws almost impossible to keep shoes on
him. I must have spent a fortune on feed supplements and potions to feed and massage
into his feet without much improvement. How I wish I had heard of Equilibra sooner!
He was put onto Equilibra in September and receives no other supplements, except
his hay, grass and chaff. He look tremendous and his feet have improved 100% -
he has never looked better and my farrier is very impressed.
That only leaves me to tell you about
my other pony. He perhaps doesn't need any extra feed, but I couldn't leave him out,
so he gets his Equilibra. Everywhere he goes people comment on how well he looks,
how shiny his coat is and how well he performs. 12 months ago it was almost
impossible to take him to shows due to his very excitable and bad behaviour. Could
Equilibra have also helped him to settle?, he gets nothing else.
Wherever I go I tell everyone about
the benefits of this rather special way to feed horses and ponies and have lent the video
you sent me to several other people. I know that one or two of my friends have also
started to use it on my recommendation. I certainly will be using it for, hopefully,
many years to come.
